All prices shown on the product pages include consumption tax.

[Delivery methods and fees]

■ Courier service (ambient-temperature items)

Shipping fee: flat rate of 500 yen (tax included) nationwide. We ship within 3-5 days of confirming your order. Shipping is free on orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.

■ In-store pickup

Free. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.

■ Delivery from our store (within Omihachiman City)

Delivery fee: 540 yen (tax included). Available within Omihachiman City only. Delivery is free on orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.

[Ordering bento boxes]

Bento boxes require refrigeration, so we cannot ship them by courier. They are available for in-store pickup or delivery from our store within Omihachiman City only.

As a rule, please place your order at least 2 days before your desired date. Pickup or delivery is from the day after next onward.

[Delivery areas]

We deliver within Japan only.

[Returns, exchanges and cancellations]

As we handle food products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer reasons.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 2 days of arrival for ambient-temperature items, or on the day of receipt for refrigerated items. We will exchange the item or issue a refund at our expense.
